Towel Folding Machine

A machine used to fold towels, bath towels or similar fabrics. This kind of folding machine usually adopts a two-coordinate folding method, which can fold towels into various shapes, such as large bath towels into 1/3, 1/3 opposite to each other into a nine-layer international standard rectangle; 1/2 of small towels , 1/2 one-way four-layer and many other folding methods to meet the folding requirements of different star-rated hotels on wool (bath) towels. Usually the towel folding machine is equipped with an automatic stacker, which stacks the folded towels into a neat pile according to the set number, and then sends them out. Easy to bundle and send.

According to its structure, it can be divided into the following two types: full belt towel folding machine and butterfly belt towel folding machine. The structural principle of the former is basically the same as that of the bed sheet folding machine. The latter adopts the structure of double butterfly board horizontal folding and vertical reversal belt folding, which is a better and more commonly used structure.
