Sheet Folding Machine

It is usually connected with the ironing machine to automatically fold the ironed sheets (or square tablecloths).

According to the number of folds, it can be divided into the following four types:

1. Two-folding machine: a machine that can only be used for longitudinal two-fold folding;

2. Four-folding machine: a machine that can perform two vertical and horizontal two-fold folding;

3. Five-folding machine: a machine that can be folded twice in the longitudinal direction and three times in the transverse direction.

4. Multi-folding machine: a machine that can perform longitudinal three-folding and horizontal three-folding or more.

According to the number of objects that can be folded at the same time each time, it can be divided into single-channel machines and multi-channel machines. The former can only fold one sheet or tablecloth at a time, and the latter can fold 2~4 small objects (such as small tablecloths, pillowcases, etc.) at the same time in addition to the single-channel function. Usually called two-channel machine or four-channel machine.
